Services

• Bimonthly Confidence Life Coaching- Client and Life Coach will schedule to check in two times a month. Client will be provided with strategies and resources to reach their goals. Client will be held accountable for meeting their goals. Life Coach will support client in reaching their goals. Confidence Life Coaching services begin at $250 per month.

• Consulting- Food4TheSoul627 offers consulting in graphic design (e.g. posters, flyers, posts for social media). Prices vary based on individual needs.

• Mentoring- Food4TheSoul627 has experience in mentoring young adults mainly in the high school age range. Food4TheSoul627 is in the process of developing a mentoring curriculum geared towards young African American women.

• Trainings for Teachers- Food4TheSoul627 will offer trainings and webinars for CPS teachers to help teachers recognize the need for mental health support in their students and parents.
