Accountability = Self-Care

Do you hold yourself accountable for things that you experience? Sometimes we often wonder why certain things are happening to us. But have you ever stopped and thought about what you’re doing to allow certain things to happen? As humans, we are quick to blame others and never want us to be the cause of something not going our way. However, you aren’t growing or changing if you don’t hold yourself accountable to some things. Holding yourself accountable is a form of self care. Hold yourself accountable for the energy that you attract. Are you putting out positive or negative energy? Sometimes we have to remove those factors that are getting in the way of us being great and reaching our goals.
Accountability also looks like removing negative people or situations from our life. Doing your own self-work can help you become more emotionally competent. I challenge you to start holding yourself accountable for what you do and say.
